When midnight paints the silent skies,
And silver stars begin to rise,
A thousand dreams take gentle flight,
Like fireflies in velvet night.
They dance beyond the moonlit air,
Through hidden worlds both strange and fair,
Where hopes are born on wings unseen,
In places only hearts have been.
A dream can build a bridge of light,
Across the dark, across the fright,
It softly says, “Do not give in,
For every journey must begin.”
So close your eyes and drift away,
Past fading clouds of yesterday,
And let your spirit brightly gleam,
Inside the endless world of dreams.
