Lena always loved adventure. One summer morning, she packed a small backpack, filled the tank of her old red car, and decided to follow a road that didn’t appear on any map.
Her best friend Kai joined her, bringing snacks, a camera, and endless curiosity. “Where are we going?” he asked.
Lena smiled. “Wherever the road takes us.”
They drove through golden fields, misty forests, and quiet villages where time seemed to move slowly. Along the way they met a friendly farmer who shared fresh mangoes, crossed a wooden bridge over a rushing river, and watched a sunset that painted the sky orange and purple.
Late at night, their car broke down on a lonely hill. For a moment they worried—but then they noticed the sky above them. It was filled with thousands of bright stars, clearer than either of them had ever seen.
They lay on the grass, laughing and telling stories until morning.
By the time they fixed the car and headed home, they realized something important: the best part of the road trip wasn’t the destination.
It was the unexpected moments along the way.
